Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with every project. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1. Non-Delivery of Services

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (as per the project agreement), clients are eligible for a full refund.

2. Unsatisfactory Work

If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will provide revisions until expectations are met.

If, after reasonable revisions, the outcome is still unsatisfactory, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the scope of work completed.

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that project needs may change. Clients may cancel services under the following terms:

1. Before Work Begins

If cancellation is requested before the project commencement date, clients are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments.

2. After Work Has Begun

If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be granted.

The refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work already completed, as assessed by our project team.

Please include project details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours, and applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Project Delivery Policy

We deliver all services digitally in a timely and secure manner.

1. Delivery Timeline

Project delivery timelines are clearly stated in the project agreement.

Depending on the complexity, timelines typically range from 2 weeks to 6 months.

2. Delivery Method

Completed projects are delivered via secure digital channels such as cloud storage, GitHub repositories, or client-specified platforms.

3. Delays

In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., technical challenges, third-party dependencies, or client-side delays), we will promptly notify the client and provide a revised delivery schedule.
